THE WINES OF GUSTAVO SANTAOLALLA RETURN TO THE WORLD

The multi-award Gustavo Santaolalla enjoyed his two passions in Cordoba, wines and music. A day before his recital, he starred in a tasting in a boutique restaurant. Between anecdotes, he reviewed varietals and gave some guidelines for the future of Cielo y Tierra, the winery that has been in Luján de Cuyo (Mendoza) for about 15 years and is exporting again.

The other voice, the other art of Gustavo Santaolalla is wine. A way to express yourself, to capture the things of nature and transform them. Like music, which is also a way to open the soul, capture nature and transform it. The story began long ago, when on an end-of-course trip, the fledgling musician had a love at first sight with Mendoza.
